Climavanta: HVAC and AHU engineering workspace

Climavanta is a free MaintAi_Lab web app for HVAC engineers, maintenance teams and students. It connects the calculations an air-conditioning job needs, from the room to the fan:

• Room loads: sensible, latent and total load, required supply airflow and supply relative humidity.
• Air handling unit: cooling coil duty including fan heat, mixed-air coil duty, coil face area, condensate flow and chilled-water flow.
• Ducts and fans: duct velocity, straight-run and fitting pressure loss, required fan total pressure and fan shaft power.
• Room checks: room volume, airflow for a chosen air-change rate (ACH) and sensible cooling delivered.
• Site conditions: estimated atmospheric pressure for your location.

It also includes maintenance checklists and an exportable report.

Results are engineering estimates. Check them against your design basis and the applicable standards before use.
